In our second Brewing Styles class of 2022, we will be covering the topic of Belgian and French Saisons and Farmhouse Ales! In class, we will be brewing up a batch of Grisette, a lesser-known and commonly misunderstood Franco-Belgian beer style. We will cover the history of saison and farmhouse brewing across Belgium and Northern France, and how the American craft beer scene has adopted these historic styles. We will also discuss the rich and deep beer culture that has arisen in this region of Europe thanks in no small part to these tasty little beers. We hope to see you there!
