Join us for an evening of learning how to make Wild and Sour Ales at home. Led by longtime friend and customer Michael Waldron who has years of experience making sour beers at home. He has won awards with his sour beers and is a wealth of knowledge.
We will go over all the different yeasts and bugs available for fermentation/ souring. We will also go over spontaneous fermentation. Also learn about the art of blending, packaging, hop rates and dry hopping, Ph levels and lots more
This class will assume a basic knowledge of beer making.
The class will be at our Anaheim Shop 1045 N Armando Suite E Anaheim, CA 92806 on Saturday June 26th from 6pm - 8:30pm
