Take your brewing to the next level and brew like the pros brew! If you have been brewing extract beers and want to advance this class is for you. We will go through the entire all grain brewing process in this class such as the mashing, sparging and lautering process. We will discuss the different brewing methods and also dive into other aspects of advanced brewing such as yeast starters and aerating your wort and the chemistry of what is happening during the process. A basic understanding in brewing is recommended for this class. Class time is approximatly 5 hours.
